Set up under the patronage and guidance of HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Faraj Fund is a charitable organization that provides humanitarian assistance to inmates incinerated in Penal and Correctional Institutions due to their financial debts.
Challenge
Client wanted to make the process of accepting donations from multiple sources as easy as possible while ensuring that the inmate’s and donor’s privacy is maintained. At the management level, client wanted a streamlined system to manage the inmates details and keep track of donations received.
Solution
With the increasing use of technology, it was essential to enable donations through integrated web app and mobile app in IOS and Android. The apps were created keeping in mind the requirements of the donors as well as the management team.
The mobile app provides an interactive user experience which allows the donors to view all cases and their details, different initiatives, donation received, how they can donate. Donations can be made in just 3-4 clicks. Donor can maintain complete privacy or create an account to manage regular donations.
Management team has an easy to use interface where multiple users can manage all data from one system. Apart from the details for the front end, all other “private” details about a case or different initiatives can be added and accessed easily. Private or direct donations are seamlessly integrated with the front end. Multiple reports for different departments in the organization can be generated.
