Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one the largest mosques in the world with great historical, and architectural significance. It attracts a huge footfalls of devotees and tourists seeking the beautiful cultural experience. The Mosque is managed by Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre (SZGMC).

  • Challenge

    SZGMC required a flexible system which would serve the immediate needs and later expand to include many more features as and when needed. A large number of tourists visit the Grand Mosque through tour agencies, sometime thousands at the same time. Client required a system to regulate the tour agencies and manage the footfall better.

  • Solution

    A completely customized CRM, developed in a way to be completely flexible and expandable was presented as a solution. We started with a complete business analysis of the flow of the procedure and requirements to register a travel agency and allow the agency to manage tours for different dates, time slots, cultural tours etc. The system gradually expanded to allow the agencies better management of their tours whilst the client could manage the different conditions for booking tours.

    As the requirements increased, a lot of other features were developed which allowed client to manage cultural tours, club car booking, Abaya booking, tour guides management etc.

    Later the tour booking was extended to individuals wishing to visit the mosque on their own. The various customized reports helps the management to assess the footfalls, popular time, days, cancellations, edits and more.
